For VieCuri Academy, I recently gave a special LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop. Within the Academy, different departments come together. The teams introduced themselves to each other using their colorful team builds. Afterwards, they worked on challenging scenarios in which they built the answer to the question “Who does what?”. A wonderful example that building is not only fun, but can also be a powerful communication tool.
