During the BMJ International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, I put open-minded healthcare professionals from all over the world to work during the “Building Change” workshop with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. By thinking with their hands, the participants reflected on their own skills and the daily obstacles to change. A “super” version of the participants then helped to break down barriers.
